Rang MS yesterday to try and book 8 days in a 2 bed at OKW for next May. I was a little apprehensive as I had read some of the threads on the board regarding the long wait to speak to someone and being from the UK it is expensive enough ringing the USA at the best of times.
What a nice suprise, got straight through to one of the most pleasent people I have ever spoken to (can't remeber the name though), and managed to get exactly what and when I wanted and the whole process took less than 10 minutes.
Can' wait for May.
