The last time I was in Orlando, SeaWorld offered a bus to Busch Gardens. Is this still available to not?

Yes. The Busch Express still runs every day from several locations on I-Drive as well as SW itself. You can book at SW guest relations and it is free with a 5-park Orlando FlexTicket.
