View Full Version : Correspondence with TTC...
We're planning on using TTC for the first time in November. In past months, when I e-mailed them a question or change in our ressie, I always received an e-mail back from them.
Well, our flights were cancelled so I e-mailed them our new itinerary. That was several weeks ago and I haven't heard anything back from them.
I know I can go ahead and call them, but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed any change in their service or response time over the past few months?

YES!! Their service has definitely gotten much worse!!! I would give then one more chance but if they do not respond within a few days, call someone else!!!! Good Luck!!

I haven't had a problem with their correspondence. I made reservations with them about a week ago for DIS CON, and received a confirmation approximately 24 hours later. Keeping my fingers crossed that things work out for you!

We've never had any problem with communicating with TTC, but we had major problems with the service (or lack of) on our trip last week. I called TTC to complain after we reached the resort, and to make sure we were NOT assigned the same driver for our return trip. They were very nice, and even asked me to send email to the owners complaining about this particular driver, since they'd had several complaints about him recently.
The driver we had for our return trip to the airport was contracted by TTC from another company, and was wonderful! We're going back 12/26/01, and I will definately NOT be calling TTC for transportation. :rolleyes:

I know they have been having trouble with their e-mail system. I called them and they had not received my last two e-mails. The service we have had this year with them (6 trips) has been wonderful but I strongly suggest calling if you don't get an e-mail response with 24 hours. Just tell Debby you e-mailed and when you didn't hear back, you thought maybe she hadn't received the e-mail and I'll bet that's the case.
