Decided to take a short trip to the world in February but decided to use cash verse points.
Called member services today to have them check airfare and schedules and they stated that they would not provide that service since I am not using points for the vacation.
Has this always been the case or is this another example of disney targeting DVC services for cutbacks? Also informed me that Disney travel would not be able to assist me unless I am booking a complete package.
Any thoughts?
