2 quick HRH valet parking questions

1. Is the valet parking fee per day or per use? (ie, if we take car and go out to lunch and come back, do we get charged again)
2. WDW valet parks for free if you have a handicapped sticker, does HRH? (I would still expect to tip, obviously)

Valet parking is $10 a day at HRH. I haven't heard of a special valet handicapped ticket.

is Valet parking the only parking they have ? what if you want to come and go do you have to valet it all the time?

There is self parking available. I think the rate is $5/day.
