Closing Cost

:wave2: We are intersted in buying into DVC SSR, but heard that they will start charging closing cost when you purchase through Disney. We planned a trip to Disney for September so we could look at the resort (s), but now we feel rushed :hourglass . We were thinking of just buying to save on closing cost, but it's almost like buying the cart before the horse :sad: . I am just wondering :confused3 now if we should just wait or just buy. Any one else thinking the same thing? :worried:

From what I understand right now it's just a rumor. I haven't heard any confirmation on if they are going to charge closing costs.

It is a huge investment. My advice is NOT to buy if you feel rushed, just to save a few hundred dollars on a $15K purchase. If seeing the resort will make or break the deal for you, by all means wait to see it.
