Doing the "We just booked our next vacation" dance!

We just booked our next trip to Universal! We're booked at RPR for Oct. 7 thru Oct. 10 at AAA rate for four adults: me, my wife, and my parents! Although my parents have been to the Orlando area a few times, this will be their first time staying on property. We'll be flying on Southwest. Who else will be there at that time?

I'm pretty sure mom and dad will like it. My wife and I have stayed at RPR twice and PBH once and she likes RPR better. I haven't decided which I like better though.

This could be my best chance to see HHN! My wife hates haunted houses and scary movies, won't do them, won't see them. We were at Universal in 2004 during HHN but we didn't participate because of this. I, on the other hand, pretty much grew up on scary movies. So this works out pretty good for us. Mom and I can attend HHN while my wife and my dad can sip margaritas at Margaritaville.

I envy you guys. We want to go this year but for several reasons there's no way it's happening this year. We went last year for the first time and my kids are still talking about our trip and how it was the best ever!
