No APH rates for July?

I have been checking Universal's site frequently, hoping for an APH discount for our upcoming July visit to RPR.
What I saw was no discount for APH---I have a CAA discount, but the price for the rooms with an APH code actually went up fromwhat they were on Monday.
Is it safe for me to assume that no discounts will be forthcoming?

When I was checking on rates for my aunt I was quoted an AP rate of $183.20 at RPR. I think the dates I used were 7/6-7/10. I don't use the website--I call the 800#.
