Hi there,

I have just been reading about the EPCOT concert series which is taking place in the American Gardens Theatre, while we are on holiday Bjorn Again will be playing. Does anyone know if you can just watch or are there tickets you have to purchase?

Thanks for your help.

If the concerts are anything like the ones they did last year for the flower and garden festival, you just walk in, sit down and enjoy. We also saw Riverdance a few years ago in the same area. If the act is popular you may want to get there earlier to get a good spot. We saw Gary Puckett last year and although a very old act you probaly have never heard of he was very good. Enjoy!!! 10 days till we get back to the World!!!!!! :cheer2: :hourglass

we saw sister sledge! They were so great!

You need to get to these things in really good time though.. they get filled up quickly! Also you are mostly out in the sun in them, so remember to take your drinks with you!

We also saw Riverdance a few years ago. We were watching the video of it the other night!! Can anyone remember the year??? Think it was either '97 or '99??

We'll be there for Aerosmith.....can't wait!! ...... brings back memories of Jon Bon Jovi (just over a week ago since we saw them at Manchester).Gosh, they were good!!

I wish there were some decent concerts in Orlando in the summer months.. we always have a look and see who's on... but never bothered. Last year Duran Duran were playing.. not quite the same as when they were in their prime. Blimey, I was at Uni when I went to see them then!!

Any more 'Rockers' out there???

Hi

We saw Riverdance the first year we ever went to WDW, and that was June 2000.:)

:rotfl2: Washing my hair takes all of about 15 seconds from dry to wet to dry but at least Tron takes 10 seconds ;)
Looking forward to the Food and Wine bands line up, not sure when they release these but we really enjoyed Kool and the Gang last year but missed the Beach Boys :(

I saw Duran Duran just before they released Planet Earth. They were supporting Hazel O'Connor at Leicester DeMontford Hall :)

Hi Goofyish,

I too saw Duran Duran support Hazel O'Connor on that tour but in Manchester. I didn't rate them then and never did even when they became big. Didn't think Simon Le Bon could sing and didn't think he got any better. We are in Orlando for Aerosmith and Bjorn Again but would have loved to see the Eagles tribute band. Should have seen one here a couple of weeks ago but it clashed with a wedding we were going to so missed it. Next week we are going to see a Queen tribute band who we first saw last year. They are excellent. DH and DS saw Queen with Paul Rodgers last year but felt the tribute band was even better.
