Can I get the ddp at a non dvc resort?

We are staying at OKW and are thinking of switching to a deluxe(paying in cash with ap discount) for the weekend.Can we get the ddp since it's not a dvc resort....? TIA

You can not get the DDP with an AP discounted room. DDP at non-DVC resorts requires a package from Disney Travel, including a park ticket for each member of your party and non-discounted rooms, plus there may be a minimum of a 3 night cash stay (there is for the "free dining", I don;t know if there is a minimum stay for a paid DDP.

Also if you are staying on points at a non-DVC hotel (like the Contemporary) you can't get the dining plan either.

You can get the dining plan at a DVC resort with a member discount rate but you can't get it with an AP rate.
