Does anyone know if there are fireworks during the first week in December? I have read in a few books that fireworks and parades, etc. only happen during extended hours on the weekends. Is there anything happening during the week? Do they still have a show called Fantasmic? I have had many people tell us not to miss it, but I can't find mention of it anywhere on the Disney site.

Thanks for any info.

Northern Girl, I'm not sure if the hours are up for December or not yet but they are for November and it's likely they will be the same in December. Right now there are holiday fireworks scheduled NIGHTLY for Disneyland, the Electrical Parade at DCA on weekends, a new holiday parade at Disneyland and the new LuminAria fireworks at DCA...all will be in full force during your visit.

Fantasmic is down for rehab and from all reports will not be open until next year. I think you'll enjoy all the other parades and shows, though! :)

Believe in Holiday Magic (fireworks and nightly "snowfall") is scheduled to run nightly in December. Its a great show.
