Annual Real Estate Tax?

In addition to the annual DVC maintenence fee, do you have to pay annual real estate tax? I noticed this is the case with other Orlando area time shares. Thanks for your help.:)

Real estate taxes are a component of the maintenance fees. They are estimated for the next year and corrected each January.

The past 2 years- the overestimate has resulted in a lowering of the fees for the next year. The $3-$4 include all fees for the year- including staffing, maintenance and taxes.
