Good Rates for HRH?

We are planning on staying @ HRH on August 2; only one night. The CAA/AAA rate I get on the Loew's website is $296.10 (1 room only). Would I get a better rate directly throught my CAA/AAA travel agent, or is this the best I am going to get?

We are 4 adults, and one infant.

I went to AAA before I booked our rooms at the RPH and the rate was the same whether you had AAA make the reservation or whether you called Loew's and booked it yourself and asked for the AAA rate. The one package that AAA was offering included some things that I wasn't interested in such as meal tickets for the counter service restaurants at the parks. After you book, keep an eye out for special discount programs that Universal offers. I ended up getting the stay 4 nights/pay for 3 plus 4 free park tickets (2 per room) package. Even though I was paying the rack rate for the room, the fact that I got a free night plus the free park tickets saved me about $600 which was more than the savings with the AAA discount. I switched my reservation from the AAA to the Universal discount program with no problem.

How long did the Universal package last thru. I was looking at staying there January 1-5, 2007. Also what was the rack rate that you paid.
