I'll start with saying this is our first time using ME and I put in my request on-line. I'm trying to determine if I put the correct flight info on our request. We're coming from Sacramento - Dallas - Orlando so I put the flight number for the Dallas to Orlando flight. Is this correct?

YES.... you put the flight number for your arrival into MCO only.

That's all you need. They'll send you a booklet with luggage tags and vouchers. They don't hold you to a certain time because we all know that flights get delayed. All you have to do is check in at the ME counter and get on the bus. Be sure to pack anything you need in a carry on. ME can sometimes take up to 3 hrs to get your bags to your room.
