My sister in law just e-mailed me that she is planning to go to WDW next weekend 16-17 and taking my 90 year old mother to boot along with her 10 year old. We did this before as a family two years ago and it was a disaster. My mother just does not have the strength to walk the parks. She wil probably stay in or around the hotel
She needs a decent hotel with a discount - I just checked Swan / Dolphin but the rates were $350 night. Pop century is available but I doubt my mother would like it.
Any ideas on discounts? She stayed at Coronado but I guess wants something else.
Ive told her to get one ticket for the water park and another for the theme park - and not to blend them for hopping since it is for the weekend only. Rather a crazy trip. Glad I'm not going.
