Just switched to the Beach Club - Many Questions!!!

Hi everyone,

I was just able to switch our ressies from only 4 nights at the YC to all 7 nights at the BC :cool1:

I thought I knew just what to request at the YC and where everything was located, ect, ect to feel comfortable. Now though I am really at a loss.

Is there anything that we should not miss at the BC? Any things to stay away from? Any tips to make our stay run smoother?

Can anyone help me?????

Our reservations are for a standard room.

We would like to be close to the pool area if at all possible.

I personally think the resort is pretty small. There is the SAB pool and there is also a quiet pool. SAB sits in between YC and BC. We have stayed most recently at BCV which is further from SAB than most standard rooms and found it to be no big deal.

We found that at night when leaving the MGM after Fantasmic that it was quicker to walk home at a casual relaxed pace than to try and catch the boat back. Twice we beat the home when we were over there and the walk was no big deal. We did get a bottle of soda from the machines outside MGM for the walk.

If you have Park Hoppers make dinner reservations in Epcot as it is so easy to walk over there.

It's not really 'marked' per se.. it's the sidewalk that lines the edge of the BWV along the water.. easy to follow.. about a 15 minute walk or more depending on how quickly you walk.
