The movies are split between LucasFilm Limited and 20th Century Fox (or whatever their name is now). It's not a Disney movie, not owned or distributed in any way by Disney/Buena Vista at all. And believe me when I say that you've gotten ahold of a huge Star Wars geek here. ;)
