I believe that Goofy said that to Pete in the movie where the kids go off to college, and then Goofy joins them completely embarassing Max (The Goofy Movie?) (Forgot the name! LOL!)

Let me know if I'm right, it was playing on TV when I was down the second week in Dec, so I'm pretty certain that that's the answer!
