If anyone has any questions I will be glad to answer them. We loved the hotel. The room was clean, maid service was great and food at Mama Dellas was excellent. The parks were very crowded with 75 min waits for some rides. Thankfully we had our hotel cards. I would still arrive when the park opens. We arrived at 11 am thinking we have express we don't have to rush to see everything, but trying to push a stroller with so many people can be a hassle.
We went in early May last year and it seemed like we had the parks to ourselves. I won't do late May again. Too hot and too crowded. We loved the food at the hotel. Even room service is great!
Any questions I will be happy to answer if I can

I'm glad to hear you had a nice time. :goodvibes I'll be going for the first time, in August, staying at PBH. I wanted to eat at Mama Della's our first night there. Did you need to make a reservation? If so, how far in advance. We're taking it easy this vacation and planning on enjoying the hotel (already have a cabana reserved) and some nice meals. How were the pools at PBH?

Thank you for the report. We are headed to PBH in about a month.
Cinderella822-I e-mailed the PBH concierge (pbhconcierge@loewshotels.com) and asked them to make all of my reservations--including one for Mama Della's on the night we arrive!

Oh, I wasn't even aware I could do that! That would be a big help for me. Thanks for the info. :thumbsup2

We called the concierge to make a reservation for Mamma Dellas but they told us we didn't need one. We just walked in at about 6:00 and they gave us a table right away. It was one of the best restaurant meals I have had in a long time. I would still call ahead just in case it's busy when you are there.
We only went to the beach pool. We all loved it. The kids had a great time on the slide. We ate lunch right next to the pool and had some drinks. It was really nice. They have cabanas next to the beach pool. I think I saw 3 of them. I'm thinking about renting one next time we go. The service was great at the pool the waitress comes and gives you a menu to order from.
You will have a great time.

Thanks, mouse1, sounds really great. I'm so excited to go. Can't wait for the days of sitting by the pool now. We have a cabana reserved at the villa pool for one day, but my daugther is 14, so she's more into sunning herself than really playing in the pool. But we'll definitely spend some time at the beach pool also. :sunny:
