Where do we pick up the park tickets at?

We're planning a WDW trip this September. Several months ago I booked our on-site resort over the internet, and bought tickets as part of the package. Now I've forgotten how/where we get the park tickets! Do they mail them to us ahead of time, or do we pick them up at the front dest when we check-in to the resort??

Hello -
If you booked a package thru Disney, you will get your 'keys'/tickets at check-in.
If you booked thru AAA, you will get vouchers before you leave and hand them in at check-in.
