We have one day only passes for Universal Studios. We have never been to the park before. I would appreciate any suggestions to get the most out of the park with only one day to spend doing it. Our kids are 10 and 12 years old.

My ten year old will not do roller coasters or dark, scarey rides like Dinosaur at AK. However, my 12 year old will. Do they do a parent-swap like WDW does? :confused3

Thanks!

Yes there is child swap. My suggestion is to get to the park a half an hour before it opens. Do all the major rides first (Shrek - good for both kids, Mummy - good for non-scared child, Men in Black - good for all). Then start filling in with Twister, Earthquake, Jaws, ET, Jimmy Neutron and all the shows. Make sure you do Horror Make-up Show. I suggest avoiding Back to the Future since it is very rough.

When are you going?

Thanks for the suggestions! Wrote them down :) I think we will try Mummy and see how my daughter does.

We will be there on June 19th.

Thanks again :thumbsup2
