Can anyone tell me more about the Wishes Cruise. I was thinking about reserving this for a thank you for our parents and some family who are helping with the wedding. Do you reserve this through your planner or on your own? Is there food included or can be added? What is the cost? and how many people does it hold? If anyone can fill be in that would be great.
Thanks!

I know that J&L love Disney is doing a Wishes cruise after her wedding. She had the Grand One and had to book it outside of weddings even though she is using it on her wedding day. Food is not included, but I can ask her or you can about how much food would be....

We're looking at doing the same thing. I believe you have to plan the cruise yourself as they are extremely hard to book. They supply chips and pop I believe. You can also have food catered if you want to pay the extra for it. Here's a thread with some good info on the Illuminations Cruises. It would be a similar process to book the Wishes Cruises I imagine Illuminations Cruises (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=560160)

We did a Wishes Cruise on the Grand One for our guests as a thank you for coming on our wedding day. We were told that the Grand One is only allowed to hold 13 guests. We had the boat for one hour and we did not do food as we had just eaten dinner at O'Hanas right before. There is a menu but I do not have an updated one and I know the one I had has been changed. Our travel agent booked the boat for us, but our coordinator had said that they could help us as well if we needed it.
It was a wonderful experience for us, and I am pretty sure that all of our guests loved it. The ones I see on a regular basis still talk about it. :)

I am doing a Wishes cruise after my wedding and my co-ordinator booked it for me- i was panicing i would not get it as i have read you have to phone reservation as soon as they open at the 90 day mark. My co ordinator said i should not believe everything i read on forums and sure enough he booked it for me.
Mine is on the larger pontoon with audio feed soda and bagged snacks and decorations and costs $270. You can also order private dining for on board at an additonal cost. If you need any more specific details let me know
