Does anyone know if there is a set up fee if you bring you own centerpieces for your recption at The Yacht Club? I saw some great mini castles that would be perfect for our tables. The theme is Cinderellas Castle. I have incorporated that image into just about every aspect so far. And if I can save $ by Bringing my own centerpieces I want to do that. Thanks for any input you guys have.

It depends. If floral sets them up for you there is a set up fee. However, the way i did it was to have the banquet people set them up. You get so many items per guest set up for free and i didn't have programs or favors or anything, so the centerpieces were my favors and they set them up for free!
Charming Events did my floral. Emily set up my centerpieces which consisted of a mirrored tile, vase, glass beads, floating candle, 4 votive holders & she added rose petals for $50.00 (1/2 hr labor charge).
