Need Ideas for revealing a surprise trip!!!!

I am planning a trip to DW next June for my sister's birthday. My mom likes to plan but this was my idea so she gave it to me to plan, as I will be 20 next year. Anyway, my sister's 16th birthday is next friday and i've been collecting things like a tinker bell pillow and counted cross stitch tinkerbell photo...but i want to surprise her with the trip then so she can help in future planning. I need some ideas as to what else to give her telling her we are going to florida and what we have already decided on. She has some idea that we are going, but not the whole truth. I was hoping to surprise her with it at her surprise party. Any ideas would be great!!!!

My parents surprised us with a trip recently. They used fortune cookies with personalized messages revealing the big surprise. I thought that was a great idea. If you'd like to read the whole story you can click on the link in my signature. However you decide to do the big reveal have a blast!!!

What about a type of scavenger hunt? Give her clues to move to the next place and so on and at the end you can surprise her.

Do you already have tickets?

I would give her a Guide Book. I would put the tickets w/ or inside the Guide Book. If you don't have the tickets, maybe make something up that tells all the details (when & where...)

I would tell her, "Here, you are going to need this" as I hand her the Guide Book.
