check in at RPR

anybody know exactly what time check in at RPR is?? ive been there four times but i can never remember. thanks! :banana:

4pm, but you can always check in earlier. They may have your room ready, and if not will always hold your bags and give you your keys for FOTL

When we were there in May, they were a bit busy and made no apologies that the room might not be ready till 4:30/5:00. They also asked for our cell phone to call when the room was ready, but they never did. We were SOO disappointed in our check-in this past trip at RPR. Said so too in our post-stay survery. We received a nice note back from the Asst. Front Desk Manager personally apologizing for that (and one other issue we had with the bell staff).

Is there another line to check in if you are staying Club level and a Loews !st member?

There is no special check-in for Club, but there is a Loew's First Check-in line all the way to the right (the last check-in position).
