Does anyone use the valet parking? If so, is it customary to tip the valet?It is, the industry standard is to tip on pick up $1-2. I'd go with $2 and adjust upwards for any special situations, service, rain, etc. Some also tip on drop off, this is a personal decision and not expected.

I use the valet parking quite often. You should tip $2 on pick-up, each time.

We use the valet often. I always tip both ways usually $2 eachway, more if its super hot or pouring rain. Staying dry and having a cool car are worth a few $$ to me.

I'm with Bill...we use it a lot and typically tip $2 on each end. It's so handy, hard not to use it.

We use valet, especially the first day when we have groceries and luggage and the last when we have...well, everything! We tip both ways, $2-3 usually, unless there are a lot of suitcases or bags, in which case it's $5.

We tip only on pick-up. At least $2, more if its raining or they offer some other service like directions.

If its check-in day and somebody helps with our bags, we also tip them when our bags get to our room.

We always use valet parking .. it's part of vacation for us!

I tip 2 bucks each way .. sometimes more if it's raining, etc.
