No need to thank me ;)

We had a good trip. It was a little to hot for my liking.

Beach club villas are so nice and the location was perfect for 4 teenagers to wander around in.

It was busier than I expected though. I think because schools were ending so classes were taking trips to Disney and Universal.

We used ME which got us there great but I learned this trip that I am not a huge fan of Disney transportation. In some cases we waited 45 minutes for a bus. I think we will stick with rental cars from here on out.

Glad to hear that you had a great trip. The heat is what I am worried about in Sept as well. We'll give it a try once and if it is too much then go back to Oct vacations again i guess. Thanks again for trading the shirt/hat combo for us.

Sherry, why couldn't you have come back a week earlier? I would have loved to have had this weather last weekend when we were up at the cottage.... :cold:

Hey, Rob - how'd the Petes do at the Memorial Cup? Oops, sorry to bring it up... :lmao:

We went down at the end of August a couple of years ago and it was great. The weather was hot, but not oppressive, and we were able to schedule things around the inevitable mid-afternoon deluges. The nice thing was that many of the schools down there start in mid-August, so the traffic volume in the parks was way down.

You always run the risk when you go in hurricane season, but based on our previous experience we'd have no hesitation about going down again in late August. September would probably be very similar. FWIW, YMMV....
