comfort Inn LBV or HOJO Maingate East

Haven't stayed at either of these. I've heard good and bad. If you've stayed at either of these, which was it and would you stay again for just one night?

Stayed at Comfort Inn LBV 2 years ago. It was not bad at all and would stay again if I could get a good rate. Got a good rate from Travelzoo back then for $29.99.

We've stayed at both...been a few years. Without going into detail......
I'd return to Comfort Inn
I wouldn't go back to HOJO's

We haven't stayed at the HOJO, but we did stay at the Comfort Inn in 2000.

We thought it was very nice. We had one of the "family suites" (basically a small room within the room w/ 3 bunk beds and a TV for the little ones).

Our kids were a lot smaller then and they loved that feature of the room.

We only paid $50 per night for the "suite". I think regular rooms at the time were around $30. I would definitely stay there again for that price.

There are lots of great places to eat in the immediate area and you are only a few blocks from 2 grocery stores and small shopping centers.

Comfort inn was great. great location and the breakfast was a nice hot buffet for like $5 and the kids got to eat for free so it was really worth it..... a nice clean friendly budget place to stay.
