Is there a kids packing list?

This is the first time that DH and I will be taking the kids for more than an overnight trip. We have DD, 3 and DS who will turn 1 on our trip. Is there a packing list specific to the needs of kids? And yes, I am quite anal about packing and about forgetting things. Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.

Whatever you do pack lots and lots of extra clothes, I know you may not want to carry a lot of stuff, but you need to especially with toddlers.
