We rented a stroller from kids something or other last May - it was old, but clean but to be honest, we spent as much on renting it for the 10 days as we could have bought!!! I was also stressed the whole time that we were going to stain it or something and have to pay replacement costs.
We'll have a 18 month old and a 4 year old. My 4 year old is 41 1/2 inches (praying for that last inch :rotfl2: ) and about 42 pounds. My dd who will be 18 months old will probably be no more than 28ish pounds. A side by side that reclines and has a canopy and some storage underneath is all I want!
HELP!
thanks!

We have used both the Avalon side by side and the Jeep side by side at Disney. I liked using our jeep last year. It folds up compact but has big wheels. I just bought a Combi side by side. I am torn on using the Combi or the Jeep for our next vacation. The Avalon is $70 at Baby Depot, The Jeep side by side is $80, and the cheapest Combi is $200. I have always wanted a Twin Combi that is why I finally broke down and bought it. To be honest the Jeep is 10X better made and heavy duty too. As for the weight they are all about the same. The Combi may be a lil lighter. I know that you were thinking of going the side by side route but my sister in law just bought an Eddie Bauer Tandem from Target. Everyone in our playgroup LOVES this stroller. It is SO light and Compact. Here is what it looks like:

About 2 years ago, I bought the Kolcraft side by side stroller from Babies r us. IT cost us about $60 & was worth it. We would only use the side by side for Disney(which we go every yr). It has storage underneath if needed & pockets behind both seats... Both seats recline & it folds easy umbrella style. It has a canopy as well. We love it!! This June my 3 & 6 year will use it again and it is not too bulky for the buses or monorail.
