How does it work to book cash reservation being a DVC member??

Hello fellow DVC's! I am not sure if its feasable, but thought you guys would know............... We have an existing DVC reservation, (using our points), coming up for 6/9-6/11 at WLV. If we want to make a seperate cash pay reservation for 6/5-6/8 at ANOTHER resort (say a NON DVC resort like Grand Floridian, or Yacht Club) is there any applicable discount as a DVC member??? We are annual passholders also, and already checked if there are any AP discounts available for that time frame and they said no. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!! :wizard: princess: pirate:

Sorry, but no. DVC members do not get any discounts at the non-DVC resorts.

How about if we stayed in the HOTEL,(not the villas), of say..... Wilderness Lodge or Beach Club? Thanks for your help!!!!

No, member discounts are only for the DVC villas. You can't even use points at the hotels connected to DVC resorts (BWI, WL, BC).
