I'm just down the street in Arnold! I have usually flown US Air out of BWI (since they did direct flights) but upon watching the prices in the past several weeks - there are no cheap fares out there from BWI. Not sure why others are finding good fares (at other airports) and I can't seem to find any. I am watching fares now for my two trips next year but the best I'm finding is around $166 RT. Sure would love a RT around $100!
Anyone else from BWI having any luck (on any airline).

esulerzy Hi Neighbor!....I used to live in Twin Harbors, (across from AACC) If you find yourself at the Marley Station Disney Store, say "Hey!" to the tall, beautiful, blond CM. (That's my wife, Frannie!!) Anyway, I figure that USair isn't a good choice now, because the MetroJet service is pulling out of BWI, and the regular USair flights are being cut back as well. We've flown several airlines, and our absolute, hands-down favorite is Southwest. We were actually kinda disappointed with USair the last, (and only), time we've used 'em. BTW, we only fly non-stop. We're going in May, so the SW airfares aren't available yet. Good Luck!!!

Ive been checking daily for cheap flights to MCO in early Dec. No Luck. Everything is at least $166 or more. We have been flying on SWA for the past two years. I have some Rapid Reward free tickets, maybe ill have to use them? Even on Orbitz they are no bargains from BWI. Do you think it is because of the slowdown of National/Reagan Airport. They must have taken on alot of their business. They show the lines waiting for security very long.

ORLANDO, Fla. (October 9, 2001) - AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), today announced that the low-fare airline will launch new daily nonstop service to Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI), AirTran Airways' 36th destination. Service begins December 12, 2001, and tickets are now available for purchase.

Thanks everyone!!!! We're going in May, so I'll probably hold out for SW, which is CMFrannies airline of choice. I did find a fare, on the AirTran website, for around $198.00 pp. The only problem is, that they only had 1 non-stop flight, each way, and the times weren't very convenient. If we book those flights, we'll end up losing almost an entire "Disney-day" Thanks, again!!!

SW has a $110 RT from BWI to MCO listed as a promotional fare.

Have you considered leaving from Dulles, it's fairly close to BWI? I have a flight on United leaving Nov 9th non-stop to Orlando for $130 with tax.

Thanks Barb D!...We LOVE SW..the problem is we're flying the 2nd week of May, and SW only goes til April.
Thanks to you also Bugaroni! You have a good point, however, BWI is only a few minutes drive from home. It's worth the extra $$$ to avoid the beltway traffic. We'll just keep searching......
