Hello,

The ship is truly "Wonder"ful. We have connected SPH rooms and the sunrise this morning was beautiful. We are not scheduled to leave this port until 2 Am so lots of time to explore but I chose to stay onboard and have had a most relaxing nap on a Deck 4 lounger. We will be dressing up for dinner tonight in our matching tropical outfits and hope to get some good pictures with the backgrounds. Our group embarkation photo was not that great. :confused3

Everyone in our extended family group is on their best behavior and getting along so it has been a blest trip so far.

They had a very cute exclusise cruise/mother's day pin yesterday and a special dessert for each of the moms. It was very pretty and the cake was tasty.

I am in 5022 and my brother and family are in the connected 5024. The view is much more obstructed in his cabin than in mine but both have lots of day light. Also you can see out to the water from both. The location is excellent for access to the kids clubs and a long ways to Topsiders, Scoops and the free soda! Not a bad thing - - to have to get a little exercise in order to get more food.

Today (Tuesday) the ship had trouble getting into Castaway Cay. It started storming just as we were approaching the island so Captian Henry drove around for a bit and will much effort he was able to get the Wonder docked about 10: AM and the first people were off the ship about 10:30 AM. It stayed dry but overcast until we were pulling away for the dock at 5 PM.

Now it is raining and it seems like the pirate night party will have to be moved indoors and looks doubtful for the fireworks but they are still hoping to drive out of the rain before party time and get in the fireworks.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. I have clients on board for their first cruise. They were worried about the rain. Hope you are able to have a great pirate party.

Please post again when you get a chance.

Tiggerish - thanks for posting - I'm glad you all were able to get docked at CC... that would've been disappointing if you'd had to miss it. Hope today is a great Sea day.
