I am looking for at least a 3 bedroom/ 2 Bath (more is fine) with a pool and spa. If any of you kind people could suggest houses I would love it. Thanks in advance, Sue

Try www.romancingthemouse.com A good friend of mine Winniedapooh has stayed with these people many times. I have met them and they are lovely. I used www.vacationhomesorlando.com myself twice and really liked that the pool heat was included. PM me if you'd like more info.

We stayed in a 3BR townhouse in Windsor Hills last fall, and it was great. The owners were wonderful to work with, and the whole process was easy. My one and only complaint about the WH Townhomes is that there is a very little patio area for sitting in the evenings, which we enjoy. Most of the patio is taken up with a small "dipping pool", which only leaves room for a couple of chairs. That may suit your needs just fine, though.
The beds were to die for, and there was a great 50" LCD TV in the living room. And Windsor Hills is a fantastic resort that's only 7 minutes from Disney.

I know you said a house, but we stayed in a condo at Cypress Point Resort in early May and it was quiet, clean, spacious and close to everything. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, but they have 3 bedroom/2 bath ones. All of them have screened in porches, full kitchens, washer/dryer, comfy beds, and the resort side has been newly remodeled. Several pools and hot tubs are located in different areas.
Hotelkingdom had great rates for them. Good luck with your decision.

I know it can be tiresome to look through all the options. However, it can be fun, if you make it that way. I've only ever rented a 3 bedroom once and it's no longer for rent. Good luck. :goodvibes

Hey Sue.
We booked this Lindfields Villa (http://www.homes-disney.com/) for our trip. We have not stayed in it before, but the pictures were recently taken, and the owners are very easy to deal with. The contact links are on their site.
Good luck.

We stayed in a 4 bedroom in Davenport, Grand Reserve, an easy 10 min from Disney. Rented it through VRBO ( Vacation Rentals By Owner ). Rented from the owner and paid $1100. for 9 nites including taxes, pool heat and free long distance phone calls. Had a nice big pool and spa on the back patio. Home was only 2 years old. We also got a good price for a 4 bedroom in Legacy Park (#73745 ) on Route 27 . That home is new this year. There are some subdivisions: Lindfields, Emerald Island, Sunset Lake, Formosa Gardens, Windsor Hills and Palms etc. that are only 5 min from Disney. The closer you are to Disney usually the more you pay for a rental.

We have a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home rented in Indian Creek for Thanksgiving week. It was overwhelming to begin the search. Here is what I did. I got me a piece of paper and started a list of the things I wanted. I would write down the area the house was in and checked off the things I wanted. If it did not have the things at the top of my list then I went on to the next. One thing I really wanted was a privacy fence around the pool area. That really narrowed it down. Then there was the games room, internet, TV in every bedroom, spa, barbeque grill, big screen TV and nite time lighting in the pool. I found them all in this house. Some of these things were just icing on the cake. I can't wait. We are doing Disney, Universal and Sea World on this trip. :cool1:
