I increased the resistance on the elliptical trainer to #4 and did 40 minutes. I also did 20 minutes of Pilates (abs, hips and thighs). Who's next?

Good morning.

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes on my legs

Next???????????

Ran for 1/2 hr at a 12min. pace with a slight incline, 20 min. weights and 100 crunches this morning and 150 crunches at the gym.
10 days until my trip :cool1:
