I haven't been able to get into RTV since yesterday afternoon but it seems that some people are. I'm curious as to how many can get in and how many cannot.

I can get to the home page but it boots me to the "We're Sorry" page when I try to login. Grrr.

I tried all that, I even went to a computer at work that had never been on RewardTV and still had the same problem. I can get to the home page but once I try to log in I get the We're sorry page. I even created a new account to see if that would work. I was able to play a few games and then logged out. And now I can't get into that account either. Something is up with certain peoples ID's

They are upgrading their system. I got an answer wrong on a commercial and they gave me a HINT! I don't know if I got any points for it, but I was able to go to the next part of the question (I missed the middle one).

Robin those hints happen sometimes I have gotten quiet a few.

I've been trying since yesterday to get a $5 pizza hut and it keeps saying there is a problem and to try again tomorrow. I hope they have it fixed before November 1st.

I've got the same problem, rugratsmom. I cleared cookies and history, I've refreshed - blah. I've emailed members services but have received no response. AND I've never gotten a hint - what's that all about?

If anyone gets info from RTV, please post or email me.

I also emailed them this morning and have heard nothing. Let me know if you get a response. Hopefully it will be soon. I miss doing this. Waaaah Waaaah

BTW I've never gotten a hint either.

I get a screen that says something to the effect of
"REWARD TV JUST GOT BETTER"
after 2 days, it had better knock my socks off:D

I never got the hints either, but I did win 1000 points on instant winner!
