water parks and memorial day

We're thinking of doing Blizzard Beach on Memorial Day, does anyone have any ideas about crowds etc and whether or not they are likely to shut the park? If not does anyone know about holidays and water parks in general, do all the locals go on these days or do they avoid them? I'm also thinking of Florida Mall on that day, how busy would it be?

we have always found that this is a bussy time we always get to a WP as it oppens if not before so never had a problem.Shops have sales staring that weekend (jimmey bryent bad spelling cars on tv all the time)
