APH Help Needed

We just booked the APH rate for a 5 night stay at the PBH. This will be the first time that we get an annual pass. My question, do we need to first visit the park to get our annual pass id or can we check in and produce the id later?

hi there! writing from the HRH...we just checked in today with same problem!!

when we checked in, we gave the front desk my PAP cnf# and it was no problem...while waiting for the room to be ready, we took the boat over to the parks and picked up the pass...(even though I had been told different on the phone)
