Closest liquor store?

Hi all, Hubby and I are going with another couple this weekend. We like to have a drink in the room and around the pool. Usually I take a bottle or two with us, but because of all the stuff at the airports, we are traveling as light as possible. Anyone know where the closest liquor store is to Boardwalk?

When staying at All Star Music last October they sold "bottles of beverages" right in the gift shop, so we were able to have a few drinks in our room or take one to the pool. Just a funny note-up here in canada we like to have a rye and coke, hubby asked the clerk what type of rye they had and she looked at him like he was a alien, had no clue what he was talking about. After a few more tries he got it however they refer to it as bourban!

Thanks Grover, That sounds pretty close! Rye and coke, hmmmm, might have to get that a try. Grandma used to give us Rock & Rye for a cold!

For cheaper than on-site prices there is an ABC store on 535 (Crossroads area). If you go towards Downtown Disney and turn right onto Hotel Plaza Blvd. towards CROSSROADS SHOPPING CENTER, at the light at 535 turn LEFT. There is an ABC store down the road on your right.

They sell wine like example Berringers White Zinfandel is $8.00 i think in the screen door store on the boardwalk. Behind the cash register they had bottles of hard liquior but i do not know how much. They had some of the teeny bottles and i think pints.

Wrong. Bourbon does not even come close to Canadian Rye Whiskey! Try it, you'll like it. Rye, that is. And you may prefer it with ginger ale rather than coke. And if you buy a good rye, such as Crown Royal, don't spoil it with mix, just use water and ice. Enjoy.
