A few people pm'ed me about my menu so I thought I would post it here since I typed it all out.

We are doing the Mystic Buffet Brunch at 11am on a Monday at Ariel's. It includes:

Selection of fresh fruit juices
Fresh Sliced Fruit Display
Fruit Yogurt Display w/granola, banannas & sliced strawberries
Chilled Veggie Display
Tomato & Mozz Salad
Caeser Salad Station (prepared on display) w/ chicken & shrimp
Omelet Station including all the fixins
Honey Ham
Bacon & Breakfast Sausage

***I substituted Mickey Waffles for Belgian Waffles***

Assorted Butters/preserves and marmalade
Warm Maple Syrup
Breakfast Breads including: Coffee Cake, Cinnamon Rolls, Bananna Bread, assorted Danishes
Coffee & Assorted teas

Katie, if you do not mind me asking, how are you meeting your $75 per person minimum? Wedding cake and alcohol?

That sounds delicious! I love the idea of a brunch reception. I’m hoping for a vow renewal one day, and I love that idea. :)

Yes it sounds so yummy after all the dieting I have been doing...I know I will be eating at my reception!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVED the brunch buffet at ariel's - you will NOT be dissapointed!!!!!! It was some of the best food i have had in my life - no exaggeration!!!! The apple crepes were to die for!! We also had a shrimp tortellini salad which was by far everyone's favorite. EVERYTHING was delicious!!
