I will be 7 months pregnant during our September trip. I'm really exciting about visiting the water parks during this trip (haven't been to a water park in 5 years!). Any tips or things I should be aware of since I'll be 7 months pregnant? I know to avoid water slides but I can enjoy the pool areas and the lazy river right? I think I'm looking forward to BB the most because I remember how wonderful it was to be in water last time I was pregnant (felt super light :) ).

Thanks!

I think you should be ok but just use your own judgment. If you see kids splashing and acting a little over the top then you should use extra caution. You dont want to get a hit in the belly. Some times kids will swim into you and kick and such when your in the pools. You already know that the water slides are absolutly out of the question so i think your all set.

That's a good point about the kids in the pool who kick. Good to avoid.

I went there when I was 7 months pregnant too and the wave pool was a bit forceful at times, making me lose my balance. I didn't like that feeling.

So I spent the entire time on my tube in the lazy river - it was wonderful! :thumbsup2

Just be sure to keep well hydrated especially if your going to be playing around in the water. Drink lots of water!
Have fun!!
