I'm about 2 lbs away from my "goin to Disney" goal ,and I hope to lose about 2 lbs over my goal before we leave in 2+ weeks. Do you tend to lose or gain weight while you're at Disney assuming you just eat normally with an occassional treat? I'm doing WW and will not count my points on vacation, but I won't stop in every candy store for a piece of fudge either (well, maybe one or 2!) So, with all the walking and sweating, what does your scale tell you after a WDW vacation and what "maintenance" tips do you have?
Thanks!

Mine was just about the same as when I got there. I did not do the dining plan. We did 2 buffets and I ate a lot of fruit or veggies at them with a little bit of main courses. I also ordered a couple of kids meal for myself. For snacks we ate a lot of fruit. I also drank a great deal of water. I ate when I was hungry.

I lose at WDW - there's no stress eating at WDW :cool1:
I also budget food and know what/when I'm eating so there's no panic noshing because I don't know when I'll eat again during my busy schedule. I indulge in all sorts of fabulous things - whatever I really want. I eat a little then save the rest for next time I'm hungry or we split if we don't want leftovers. I do keep in the back of my mind to eat veges at most meals and we carry vege sticks as snacks. HTH
