Garden Grocer ??

For those of you that used Garden Grocer..how exactly did it work?

I placed an order yesterday and used print and call for payment. I then called, several times, and noone answers the phone. I left a message and have yet to hear back.

We are leaving Thurs and have asked for delivery that evening.

I just want to make sure that they have received my order and will indeed deliver. Otherwise I will need to use another service.

Were you able to reach them via phone or did they contact you?

Email them, I did about buying a case of beer and they replied very promptly. I will also email before we leave as I did my order the other day. POR May20-28.

I have used Garden Grocer twice, once in January then again in April. When I placed the order online I received an email confirmation within a few minutes. Both times I paid with paypal which allowed the order to be left with Bell Services if the plane was delayed. The owner, Brian, is very responsive to special requests. I was able to reach him on his cell phone. He also was responsive to email questions. Hopefully everything will work out. Have a great trip!

GardenGrocer.com-they deliver groceries to your resort (you pick the date and time approximately). Go on their site to select the items of interest for you. They did not have a few items that I really wanted and I emailed them about it and lo and behold the next day they were on their list. I also emailed them about Beer and asked if they could make a stop and pick it up and they replied very quickly stating YES. Once you have made your order they have a few ways of paying for the items. I payed by credit card.
