Mister Fans ???

We are planning a two week trip in August and I know that it will probably be very hot! I have read lots about Mister Fans and that you can get them at Walmart but has anyone done this? I checked our local Walmarts and they don't have any (the two I checked had no idea what I was talking about). They have mini fans but none with the misters. I am wondering if they are only found in the US Walmarts or are they available at any other stores? Any other tips for keeping cool are also welcome!

If Walmart doesn't have then, check Zellers or Canadian Tire.
I'm sure I have seen them in Canada. They are like spray bottles with fans.
Check the pool/summer sections because I'm sure they are seasonal.

Also the small hand held fans are good too.

I bought one at Walmart (I think it was the one at Halifax Shopping Centre) last year before our trip in August, and as a bonus, it was on clearance for around $3 It was identical to the ones they sold at WDW, except for the colour of the blades and lack of logos.

It ROCKED.

I would bet they still don't have all their summer stuff out yet, so keep looking. And buy more than one if they're on sale!

They probably are a seasonal item and it's definitely worth it to keep checking back every time you go to WalMart until you find them. I went to WDW late last September and didn't have the foresight to look for these at home. Ended up costing me US$17 in Epcot for one!! Ouch! Although, I guarantee you it was the best $17 I ever wasted to keep us from melting :rotfl2:
