Hi

I'm looking for a way to celebrate my son and his friends last day at primary school before moving up to secondary school.

All their friends are hiring a limo to pick them up from school and for some reason my son and his friend haven't been invited. (I expect that is because my friend and I work full-time so we don't visit the school gates too often to join in!)

Anyway, we are now racking our brains for something for them to do. We have started to look into a chaffeur driven sports car but haven't found too many of them to hire! My friend's brother-in-law knew someone who would pick them up from school in a helicopter but I don't think the school would be too happy with that landing in the playground and its a bit OTT :rotfl2:

So, anyone got any ideas what we could do. :goodvibes

Thanks

Sam x

I think one of the major holiday car hire firms, suncars or holiday autos do a sports car hire thing, I know a while ago you could hire really impressive porsches or lamborghinis, you could enquire on one of them and get a responsible adult to 'chauffeur' them.
Oh just thought, you can't get a 2 seater!
I know our local comp had a 'wackiest form of transport' comp one year on leavers day and they turned up in, army tanks, ice cream vans, tractors, vw campers, all sorts of mad things

No ideas but the sports car sounds great :)

Thanks for the leads. I'll try those companies and see what I can come up with.

Thanks

Wondering if this is becoming the norm since I have not notice this happening in our neck of the woods :)

Why not just pick them up in your own car but whisk them off somewhere special.
Zoo?, skate park ?, night in hotel ? footie match?what are they into?

Think the limo idea may be to impress mums?
