Ok ive been reading a few of these threads but i really need to know more.

Are these programmes open to people living in the UK? If so which are the bests ones for me to join and how much time do you spend mounting these rewards up?

I am afraid most all these programs are only open to the US and Canada.

You would have to research each program to see.
