Mini-Meets and the Itenerary

A couple of people sent me PM's regarding hosting Mini-meets..which I have forewarded to Linda.

If you want to Volunteer or want things added to it you need to let her know, as I am just the unofficial Itenerary Keeper. She is in charge and needs to be the one informed.

I love being the keeper of the list, so keep me informed to what she says so I can update the Itenerary.

Also a great thread to volunteer is the Volunteer for mini-meets thread. That way everyone will know.

Pat and others, Linda is attending the wedding of her brother in MA this week...she will be gone for a bit..just an fyi.

Hey Pat.

Tiggersmom has already tried e-mailing Linda with her request to host the pin meet on the 28th, but she's assuming that Linda is so busy, she hasn't been able to get back with her.

Maybe you would put Tiggersmom in that slot with a (pending) next to it. That way if someone else is thinking about it, they can consider a different meet to host. :)

This sounds like that funny little thing we do when we say I'll have my assistant contact your assistant and we'll do lunch. :D Too funny! :) Gotta love the internet. :)

the reasons why it needs to go to Marsha or Linda is because they are the organizer of DIS-CON and are the ones who do all the planning. It helps to avoid confusion. I just get all the information from the boards. So please senf them to Linda or Marsha, and when I see it posted I will add it

Pat, can we add the ornament exchange to the itinerary? This was 'blessed' bu Linda and Marsha during chat last week.

Pat, we will do the name exchange at the character breakfast on the 29th. The folks who want to participate will sign up, and at the end of the breakfast, will pick a name.

The ornament exchange will take place at the farewell breakfast on the 2nd.

Wow...i was looking forward to that one, the food there is not too bad by fast food disney standards. :(:(
