We are new DVC members and in the past we have enjoyed purchasing the Dinsey Dining Plan when renting rooms on property, however you had to purchase at least a one day pass in order to purchase the dining even if you had an Annual Pass already. Just recently I heard that the Dining Plan is now available to DVC members during their stay at any DVC resort in WDW. My question is, do DVC member have to purchase a one day pass in order to purchase the dining plan as well??

Thanks~

No. the DVC version of the Dining Plan does not require a park pass purchase, but of course, you need passes if you plan to dine inside the parks. This allows you to purchase the plan and use an annual pass or any other ticket media you choose.

The plan must be added to your ressie through Member Services prior to your arrival at your DVC resort. You pay for the plan when you check-in.

The kicker is that you must use points for your stay.

Thank you Chuck.

Please disregard my email that I sent to you regarding where to find the Mousellaneous board, I have to admit that my DH pointed out that the directions were right in front of me...

Thanks again.
