Just checking to see what other "items" you guys have used for iron on transfers besides shirts.
We are having a family reunion next month and I would love to get some sort of memento with a personalized reunion logo on it made up for everyone, but I can't afford shirts for 30 people and would like to give it as a suprise (so asking them for money is out of the question). Thanks!!

This has nothing to do with iron-ons, but I've made many beautiful stickers with some of the wonderful designs I've seen on these boards. With one pack of lovely, glossy sticker paper, you can make tons of stickers depending on size.
Just an idea!!

How about making a family reunion button for every one? I'm no designer, but what if you had character faces around the outside of the circle and then a simple "Your last name, '06 family reunion" on it in the middle? Happy creating!
I like the sticker idea too.

We just had a family reunion and it was a cookout. I found aprons for a dollar and made them.

Pillowcases and bandanas for the iron-ons. You could print bookmarks with the designs rather than doing them as an iron-on.

I'm doing hats for the kids. Just with a simple black Mickey head on top of a bucket hat.

i like the button idea :)
bandanas are great too...
have you looked online for blankteeshirts? there are some places that sell them really cheaply (like a buck a piece)...
