Who to write to? (name and address)

Anyone have a name and address of who I can write a letter to concerning the lack of cleaning at the BWV? (see my post -BWV-Dirty Room AGAIN).
Not going to deal with a general email to DVC, want someone upfront and personal to deal with. Once was a mistake, twice, unacceptable.

I would write directly to the BWV resort manager with a CC: to the DVC VP, Jim Lewis

But it would have been most effective to have handled it at the time with the housekeeping manager for your resort.

To be honest, I don't know if he is based in FL or CA. I think I would do the FL address, they can always forward via company mail.
